Our students deserve a leader who will show-up for them. My name is Thomas Crowther and I'm running for Burbank Unified School District's Board of Education, District 1.
As a Burbank resident since 1986 and a former BUSD student, teacher and principal I know our schools and community well. My 25 years in education and experience will serve our district in facing the numerous challenges ahead…

As Principal at Burbank High School during the pandemic, Tom collaborated with community business partners, VAPA Directors at BHS and others on the first and only virtual graduation program.
Tom was a baseball player and then coach at JBHS. Pictured here in the 2003 season.
My priorities are student achievement, school safety and student wellness.
